Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to tickets, merchandise and attendance at Power Circle events.

Effective 16 September 2026

Tickets

Tickets admit one person to Power Circle 3.0 on 10–11 October 2026 in Malta. Your ticket must be presented at entry and may be checked against photo ID.

Refunds and transfers

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Programme changes

Speakers, timings and running order may change. We will publish any changes on this site and notify ticket holders by email where the change is material.

Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from everyone in the room. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting abusively, without refund.

Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a transfer to the rescheduled date or a refund of the ticket price.

Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. Power Circle is not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred in connection with attending the event.

Merchandise

Merchandise is produced in limited runs and collected at the event unless otherwise agreed. Items are exchangeable for size, subject to availability.
