This policy explains how Power Circle handles personal information for our website and events.

Information we collect

When you buy a ticket or contact us, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, enquiry type, subject and message. Billing information is handled by our ticketing provider.

How we use it

We use your information to issue tickets, send event updates and logistics, answer enquiries, and improve future Power Circle events. We do not sell your personal data.

Marketing

With your consent we send updates about upcoming Power Circle events. You can unsubscribe from any email, and we stop sending immediately.

Photography and filming

Power Circle events are photographed and filmed. Ticket holders complete a separate digital waiver and media consent process for event participation; this website notice does not replace that signed process.

Third parties

We share data only with the providers needed to run the event: ticketing, payments, email delivery and analytics. Each is bound to handle it securely.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email dreambig@powercircle.com.mt and we'll respond promptly.
